Pepti AI Terms of Use

Pepti AI: Tracker App is a peptide & GLP-1 tracker for iPhone by Mister Business Enterprises.

Pepti AI: Tracker App is a different app from "Peptides Playground - Pepti AI", "Pep AI", "PepAI: Smart Peptide Log" and "Peppi AI", which are made by other developers.

These terms apply to Pepti AI, published by Mister Business Enterprises LLC. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.

A personal log, not medical advice

Pepti AI is a tool to record what you take. It does not give medical advice, diagnose, treat, suggest doses, calculate doses or convert units, and it does not tell you whether to take anything. Instructions you save in the app are shown exactly as you typed them; check them against your prescriber's instructions and the product label. Estimated level charts are drawn from a half-life you enter and are not measurements. Always follow your prescriber. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Pepti AI does not sell, source or recommend any product, and it is not affiliated with any manufacturer or seller. Logging a compound does not mean it is legal, approved or safe where you live; that is your responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older.

Pepti AI Pro

Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, or yearly with a free trial for eligible new subscribers) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. If you cancel during a free trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple. The free features stay free whether or not you subscribe.

Your data

Your log belongs to you and stays on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep backups: if you lose your device without a backup or forget a backup passphrase, we cannot recover your log.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer the app except where the law allows, or use it to break the law.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed doses or reminders that do not arrive (for example when notifications are turned off), or decisions you make based on your log. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pepti AI in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
