Pepti AI: Tracker App is a different app from "Peptides Playground - Pepti AI", "Pep AI", "PepAI: Smart Peptide Log" and "Peppi AI", which are made by other developers.

Pepti AI is a peptide and GLP-1 tracker for iPhone, launching late 2026 from Mister Business Enterprises. Its core — dose logging, unlimited compounds, reminders, site rotation, history, vial inventory, and CSV export — is free forever with no account, and its "Pepti" assistant runs on your device. It ships without a dose calculator because App Review guideline 1.4.2 does not permit one from apps like ours; we say so up front instead of removing it later.

Pepti AI is not on the App Store yet — it launches late 2026. Everything below describes what we are building and the proposed launch pricing; competitor facts were read from their App Store pages on 28 October 2026.

What is free, forever, with no account

Setup is an optional guided flow: Skip setup on the first screen skips all of it, and the goals, compounds, schedule and weight steps can each be skipped; the Apple Health and reminder steps lead to the system prompt, which you can decline. It ends on Today with no paywall. The Pro offer appears once, after your third logged dose, and has a Close button; logging keeps working without Pro. There are no ads and no product sales in the app.

Pro (launch pricing)

Pro unlocks the Pepti assistant, insights (charts, an estimated level curve from a half-life you enter yourself, supply forecast, cost per week), widgets beyond the basic one, a doctor PDF, and themes.

Launch pricing (proposed, and labelled launch pricing because it may change before release): $29.99/year with a 7-day trial, $4.99/month, or $59.99 once for lifetime. If you cancel a trial, you keep access until the trial ends — that is the StoreKit default and we never revoke it early.

The Pepti assistant

The assistant runs on your device using Apple Foundation Models (iOS 26+). You can type or say "took 2.5 mg tirzepatide left belly at 8" and get a confirm card; ask it to move a schedule to evenings; or ask how your weight trended since you started — answered from your own log. It also handles app how-to. When you ask for dosing advice it declines with a clear reason and suggests talking to your prescriber, instead of a vague refusal. There are no message caps. Devices without Apple Intelligence get the same card flow from a rule-based parser.

Why there is no dose calculator

App Review guideline 1.4.2 allows drug-dosage calculators only from approved sources — drug makers, pharmacies, and hospitals — so a tracker from an independent developer cannot include one. Both Pep AI and Dosely removed their calculators in September–October 2026, after their users had paid for them. Instead, Pepti AI lets you save your prescriber's or label instructions as a note on the protocol, shown exactly as entered and never computed, and every unit (mg, mcg, IU, mL, units, tablets) is selectable for every compound. Privacy

Your log lives in a local encrypted store on your iPhone with daily snapshots and the last 20 saved versions kept automatically, migrations covered by tests, and one-tap backup file export/import. Nothing is ever wiped by an update. No health data goes to iCloud (App Review guideline 5.1.3); backups are files you hold. We do not write to HealthKit medications. We do not link to or from any peptide seller, and the app makes no claims about whether any peptide works.

Pepti AI vs Pep AI and Dosely

We want to be straight about where competitors are stronger: Pep AI has meal photo and menu scanning, a community, and by far the largest rating count here (3,992 US ratings at 4.72 on 1 November 2026). Dosely has cost-per-dose figures and a stack-conflicts reference. Written reviews for the two apps also describe in-app ads for peptides sold by a developer and review prompts on every launch.

What is not in version 1.0

No meal photo or menu scanning, no community, no bloodwork module. No Android yet (phase 2). Apple Watch comes in 1.1.

Who should pick which app

• Pick Pep AI if you want meal photo and menu scanning or a community today, and its hard paywall does not bother you.
• Pick Dosely if you specifically want cost per dose and a stack-conflicts reference today.
• Wait for Pepti AI (late 2026) if you want a free core with no account, a quiet adult design with no mascot or feed, private on-device AI with no message caps, and an app that never had a calculator to take away.

FAQ

Is Pepti AI really free?

The core is free forever: logging, unlimited compounds, reminders, site rotation, history, vial inventory, and CSV export, with no account. Pro is optional and covers the assistant, insights, extra widgets, the doctor PDF, and themes.

Does Pepti AI tell me how much to take?

No. It is a log-only tracker. There are no dose suggestions anywhere in the app, including in the AI. When asked, the assistant declines with a clear reason and suggests your prescriber. The app also makes no claims about whether any peptide works, and it does not link to any peptide seller.

Why is there no dose calculator?

Where does my data live?

In a local encrypted store on your iPhone, as with daily snapshots and the last 20 saved versions kept automatically. Pepti AI never syncs your log to iCloud. Your iPhone's own backup (iCloud or computer) contains it only in encrypted form, and you can also export a backup file you hold yourself. With your permission, Pepti AI reads Health data to show in Progress; only body weight is stored in your log and written to Health. Other Health data is shown without being stored by Pepti AI. It does not write HealthKit medications.

What devices does it support?

iPhone at launch (late 2026). On-device AI requires iOS 26+; other devices get the same card flow from a rule-based parser. Android is phase 2; Apple Watch is 1.1.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. CSV export is free, backup files export and import with one tap, and Pro adds a doctor PDF.

What if I cancel my trial?

You keep access until the trial ends. We use the StoreKit default and never revoke early.
