Best peptide tracker apps for iPhone (2026), compared
The best peptide tracker for iPhone depends on what you need. If you want to log without paying, Regimen and OptiPin are free for your first compound with no time limit, and Smart Peptide Tracker is free with optional one-time upgrades. The most-rated app here is Shotsy (4.83 stars from 34,320 US ratings), which tracks GLP-1 medications only and whose free tier is disputed between its website and recent reviews; among peptide trackers, PeptidePal (4.68 from 4,915) and Pep AI (4.72 from 3,992) have the most ratings, and both need a subscription. If you also use Android or a browser, PeptIQ is the one here with an iPhone, Android and web app.
Disclosure: this page is written by Mister Business Enterprises, the maker of Pepti AI: Tracker App, which is not on the App Store yet. Pepti AI is in the table so you can see where it would fit; every other app here is available today.
Pepti AI: Tracker App is a different app from "Peptides Playground - Pepti AI", "Pep AI", "PepAI: Smart Peptide Log" and "Peppi AI", which are made by other developers.

"Not stated" means the listing, the developer's website and the reviews we read did not say clearly. Several apps show more than one price for the same plan on the store page, which usually means price tests; we list every price we saw. Pepti AI prices are proposed launch pricing and may change before release.
App by app: where each one is strongest
Pep AI
Pep AI has the most US ratings of the peptide trackers here after PeptidePal (3,992 at 4.72) and puts GLP-1 shots, food and protein logging, side effects and progress in one app, on iPhone, Apple Watch and Android. If food logging alongside your shots matters, it does more than Pepti AI 1.0. The catch is a subscription before tracking, and reviews from October 2026 complain that its calculator was removed again.
Dosely
Dosely is a tidy pen, vial and tablet log with supply forecasts and cost per dose, on iPhone and Android, rated 4.60 from 111 US ratings. Pepti AI only shows cost per week in Pro. Dosely needs a subscription; one US review says it found no trial and paid $20 for the year.
Milligram
Milligram is the most ambitious app here for stacks: blood-level modelling, bloodwork reading and an AI assistant over your own data, rated 4.72 from 481 US ratings. Its level modelling and lab features go well beyond Pepti AI's estimated level curve. It needs Sign in with Apple and a subscription, and it is iPhone and Apple Watch only for now.
PeptIQ
PeptIQ is the one to pick if you switch between iPhone, Android and a browser, and it adds Oura and WHOOP data, progress photos and a community; Pepti AI will be iPhone-only at launch. It is rated 4.66 from 951 US ratings. The developer says core logging is free, but several US reviews describe a paywall after onboarding, so check before you commit.
Regimen
Regimen has the highest rating here with a meaningful number of ratings (4.84 from 546) and a real free tier: your first compound, with no time limit and no credit card. It is good at reading TRT, HRT or GLP-1 doses, side effects and labs together, and it is on Android too. Premium unlocks more compounds; one review says it does not run well without a good internet connection.
OptiPin
OptiPin also gives you your first compound free with no time limit, keeps data on the device with no account or login, and adds bloodwork and estimated levels. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac, which is wider Apple coverage than Pepti AI at launch. A late-October 2026 review complains that changed calculations now show inaccurate numbers.
Smart Peptide Tracker
Smart Peptide Tracker is free to use, with optional one-time purchases instead of a required subscription, and goes deep on inventory, cost and cycle tracking. Rated 4.74 from 167 US ratings. It contains advertising, and its privacy label lists data linked to you; a review from 8 October 2026 complains of friction and long loading times after recent updates.
Dose Track
Dose Track offers level charts, AI-read lab results, an injection site map and both iOS and Android, with no account needed. It has a 4.88 rating, but from only 26 US ratings, and its Pro tier is among the most expensive here ($129.99 a year on its website). Its privacy label includes data used to track you.
StackLog
StackLog: Supplement Tracker is free and simple, with gym-day and rest-day reminders for creatine, whey or vitamins. It is not built for peptides or GLP-1 medications.
DoseTrack Injection Log
DoseTrack Injection Log is a $2.99 paid app built for adalimumab (Humira-type) injections, with site rotation and PDF or CSV export, and its privacy label says Data Not Collected. It is a different app from Dose Track above and is not made for peptides.
Shotsy
Shotsy has by far the most US ratings on this page (34,320 at 4.83 on 1 November 2026) and runs on iPhone and Android in 17 languages. It covers GLP-1 medications only (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide and dulaglutide, as shots or pills), with reminders, widgets, side effects, weight, calories, protein and water, Apple Health import and an injection-site map, and its App Privacy label lists only data not linked to you. Its free tier is disputed: its website says the core features are free with no time limit and that Shotsy+ adds the estimated medication-level chart, but several US reviews from August to October 2026 say setup leads straight into a 7-day trial that defaults to the $59.99 yearly plan. Four reviews of version 3.4.0 (21 to 30 October 2026) say their history was gone after the update. If you want food and water logging next to your shots, or an Android app, Shotsy does more than Pepti AI 1.0. See our Shotsy alternative page for the details.
PeptidePal
PeptidePal – Peptide Tracker by Blank Labs LLC (App Store id 6762102880; two other App Store apps share the name) is built for peptide protocols: a protocol builder with cycles, a dose calendar, vial inventory with run-out alerts, an injection-site map, a compound library, nutrition tracking and an AI advisor that says it will not recommend doses. It is rated 4.68 from 4,915 US ratings, but the 119 written US reviews we could read average 2.31 stars. Its listing says tracking needs a subscription, and many reviews say there is no trial and the price appears only after a long questionnaire. Version 1.6.0 (28 October 2026) removed its calculator features, and its privacy label lists usage data used to track you. It has a community forum and an Android app, which Pepti AI does not.
Pepti AI: Tracker App
Pepti AI is not out yet. When it launches, logging, reminders and supply tracking will be free with no account, the log stays in an encrypted store on your iPhone, and the Pro offer appears once, after your third logged dose, with a Close button. It has no dose calculator by design. It does less than several apps above: no Android, no food logging, no bloodwork module and no community in version 1.0.
Every app here is a log you fill in yourself; none of them replaces your prescriber, and this page is not medical advice. Where a table says an app has a calculator, that describes a feature of the app, not a recommendation to use it.
Which PeptidePal?
Three apps on the US App Store are called PeptidePal. The one in this table is PeptidePal – Peptide Tracker by Blank Labs LLC (id 6762102880), with 4,915 US ratings on 1 November 2026. The others are by SIGNALWORKS LABS (id 6746348113, 5 ratings) and PeptidePal LLC (id 6760661844, no ratings); we did not review them.
FAQ
Which peptide tracker apps let you log without paying?
Regimen and OptiPin are free for your first compound with no time limit and no credit card. Smart Peptide Tracker is free with optional one-time purchases. StackLog is free but is a supplement tracker, not a peptide app. Pepti AI keeps logging, reminders and supply tracking free with no account and offers Pro once, after your third logged dose, but it is not on the App Store yet. Pep AI, Dosely, Milligram and PeptidePal need a subscription for tracking, and DoseTrack Injection Log costs $2.99 upfront. Shotsy's website says its core features are free with no time limit, but several US reviews from August to October 2026 say there is no free version after setup. For PeptIQ and Dose Track the free limits are not stated clearly.
Which tracker works on iPhone, Android and the web?
PeptIQ has an iPhone app, an Android app and a web app. Pep AI, Dosely, Regimen, Shotsy and PeptidePal also have Android apps, and Dose Track's website says it is on Google Play. Milligram is iPhone and Apple Watch only for now; its FAQ says Android is probably 2027. Pepti AI will launch on iPhone only.
Which apps include a dose calculator?
Going by the listings, websites and US reviews we read, Milligram, OptiPin, Dose Track and Smart Peptide Tracker include one. Pep AI, Dosely and PeptIQ on iPhone removed theirs, and PeptidePal removed its calculator features in version 1.6.0 on 28 October 2026, although its website FAQ still listed a calculator on 1 November. Shotsy does not advertise one, and for Regimen it is not stated clearly. A listed calculator is a feature of that app, not a recommendation to use it; follow your prescriber's instructions. Pepti AI has none by design and stores your prescriber's instructions as a note instead.
Do I need an account?
Milligram requires Sign in with Apple, and US reviews of PeptidePal say signing up with an email address or Apple is mandatory. OptiPin says no account and no login, and Dose Track says no account is needed, with an optional one for transfers. Pepti AI needs no account. For the other apps it is not stated.
Which has the best App Store rating?
On the US store, Shotsy has by far the most ratings (4.83 from 34,320), followed by PeptidePal (4.68 from 4,915) and Pep AI (4.72 from 3,992). PeptidePal's 119 written US reviews average 2.31 stars, so most of its ratings come without a written review. Dose Track shows 4.88 but from only 26 ratings, and Regimen 4.84 from 546. StackLog and DoseTrack Injection Log had no ratings yet. Pepti AI is not rated because it is not on the App Store yet.
Can I download Pepti AI now?
No. Pepti AI: Tracker App is not on the App Store yet; it is planned for iPhone in late 2026. Proposed launch pricing is $29.99/year with a 1-week trial, $4.99/month or $59.99 lifetime, with core logging free.
How we checked
On 1 November 2026 we read each app's US App Store page and Apple's US lookup data (price, in-app purchases, rating, platforms), the developer's website where there is one, and recent US written reviews. Prices are the US in-app purchase prices shown on each store page that day. Store pages: Pep AI, Dosely, Milligram, PeptIQ, Regimen, OptiPin, Smart Peptide Tracker, Dose Track, StackLog, DoseTrack Injection Log, Shotsy and PeptidePal. For Shotsy we also read its website and its free GLP-1 tracker page; for PeptidePal, its website. Review themes for those two come from the 400 most recent US reviews of Shotsy and all 119 US reviews of PeptidePal that Apple returned; theme counts are approximate keyword matches. Pepti AI is by Mister Business Enterprises, has no store page yet, and its launch pricing is proposed.
