Peptide tracker apps you can use without paying first
Pepti AI: Tracker App is a peptide & GLP-1 tracker for iPhone by Mister Business Enterprises.
Disclosure: this page is written by Mister Business Enterprises, the maker of Pepti AI: Tracker App, which is not on the App Store yet. Pepti AI is in the table so you can see where it would fit; every other app here is available today.
Pepti AI: Tracker App is a different app from "Peptides Playground - Pepti AI", "Pep AI", "PepAI: Smart Peptide Log" and "Peppi AI", which are made by other developers.
Several peptide trackers let you log without paying. Regimen and OptiPin are free for your first compound with no time limit and no credit card, Smart Peptide Tracker is free with optional one-time purchases, and StackLog is free outright, although it is a supplement tracker rather than a peptide app. Pepti AI (launching late 2026) keeps logging, unlimited compounds, reminders, site rotation, history, vial inventory and CSV export free with no account, and offers Pro once, after your third logged dose. Pep AI and Dosely need a paid subscription for tracking; "hard paywall / advertised as free" is the top complaint in their written reviews (36% of Dosely's 1–3-star reviews, 28% of Pep AI's).

Who should pick which app
- Pick Regimen or OptiPin if you track one compound and want a free tier today. OptiPin keeps data on the device with no account; Regimen is on Android too.
- Pick Smart Peptide Tracker if you would rather pay once than subscribe, and ads in a free app do not bother you.
- Wait for Pepti AI (late 2026) if you want several compounds logged free with no account and no ads. Expect to see its Pro offer once, after your third logged dose.
- Pick Pep AI if you will use its food logging and accept a subscription from the start.
- Pick Dosely if cost per dose and supply forecasts justify paying from day one.
Other trackers worth knowing
This page covers apps you can try before paying, plus Pep AI and Dosely, which need a subscription from the start. Shotsy (about 34,000 ratings) and PeptidePal (about 4,900), as listed on 28 October 2026, are two other GLP-1 and peptide trackers not covered here; PeptIQ, Milligram and Dose Track are in best peptide tracker apps for iPhone, compared.
FAQ
Which peptide trackers let you log for free?
Regimen and OptiPin are free for your first compound with no time limit and no credit card. Smart Peptide Tracker is free with optional one-time purchases and contains advertising. StackLog is free but is a supplement tracker rather than a peptide app. Pepti AI, once it launches, keeps logging, reminders and supply tracking free with no account and offers Pro once, after your third logged dose.
Are Pep AI and Dosely free?
Both are free to download, but both need a paid subscription for tracking. Pep AI's listing says a paid subscription is required for its tracking features, and reviews mention a 3-day trial; Dosely's says Dosely Pro is required, starting with a free trial. Their own written reviews call this out most often.
What exactly is free in Pepti AI?
Dose logging, unlimited compounds, reminders, injection-site rotation with a body map, full history, vial inventory, and CSV export. Free forever, no account, no ads. After your third logged dose Pepti AI offers Pro once, and you can close the offer; the free core stays free whether or not you buy Pro.
Then what is Pro?
The Pepti assistant (on-device), insights such as charts, an estimated level curve from a half-life you enter, supply forecast and cost per week, widgets beyond the basic one, a doctor PDF, and themes — at proposed launch pricing of $29.99/year with a 1-week trial, $4.99/month, or $59.99 lifetime.
What happens if I cancel a trial?
With Pepti AI you keep access until the trial ends — the StoreKit default, which we do not override. Some reviews of Pep AI and Dosely describe losing access immediately after cancelling or being charged at once.
Is the free version ad-supported?
No. Pepti AI has no ads and no third-party advertising. Smart Peptide Tracker's listing says it contains advertising, and the privacy labels of Pep AI and Dosely list third-party advertising data (Pep AI: device ID; Dosely: purchases, email, user ID, device ID).
Do I need to create an account?
Not for Pepti AI's core: there is no sign-up gate, and your log lives in a local encrypted store on your iPhone. OptiPin also says no account and no login. For Regimen, Smart Peptide Tracker, StackLog, Pep AI and Dosely it is not stated.
When does Pepti AI launch?
Late 2026, on iPhone. It is not on the App Store yet.
