Ironcraft Terms of Use
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mister Business Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", "our") about the Ironcraft app for iPhone and Apple Watch. By downloading or using Ironcraft, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ironcraft.
Please read the health and medical notice carefully. Ironcraft is a logging tool. It does not give medical advice.
1. Who can use Ironcraft
You must be 18 or older to use Ironcraft. You must also be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, and you may use Ironcraft only as the law allows you to.
2. Your license
Ironcraft is licensed to you, not sold. Your license to use the app is the Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided by Apple (the "Standard EULA"), together with these terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
You may use Ironcraft on Apple devices that you own or control, as Apple's Usage Rules allow, including through Family Sharing. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the app. You may not reverse engineer it, except where the law allows that despite this limit. You may not get around its purchase checks or remove its notices.
3. Ironcraft Pro
Ironcraft is free to use. Ironcraft Pro is optional and adds features that are described in the app before you buy. Free features stay free. You can get Pro in three ways:
| Option | Billing | Free trial |
|---|---|---|
| Yearly | Renews automatically every year until you cancel | 1 week, for eligible new subscribers |
| Monthly | Renews automatically every month until you cancel | None |
| Lifetime | One payment, not a subscription: Pro access for as long as Ironcraft remains available | None |
Prices. The app shows the price in your currency, from Apple, before you confirm a purchase, and that is the price you pay. Prices can differ by country and can change. For reference, US prices on the effective date are $23.99 a year, $3.99 a month and $79.99 for Lifetime. Taxes may apply.
Payment and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. If you start with a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends.
- Yearly and monthly plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- The yearly and monthly plans include the same Pro features. If you switch from one to the other, the new plan starts at your next renewal date.
- If the price of your plan goes up, Apple tells you in advance. Where Apple's rules require it, Apple asks you to agree before your plan renews at the new price.
Free trial
The yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. Apple decides who is eligible. Usually that means an Apple Account that has not had an introductory offer for Ironcraft Pro before. Ironcraft shows the trial only when Apple says you are eligible. You are not charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the yearly price is charged when the trial ends, and the plan then renews every year. Ironcraft reminds you 2 days before the trial ends, if you allow notifications.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Ironcraft (Settings, then Manage Subscription) or in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ironcraft, then Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments and refunds for Ironcraft. We cannot issue refunds or see your payment details. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or follow Apple's instructions. Apple's policies decide refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights that the law gives you.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase for Pro access for as long as Ironcraft remains available. It is not a subscription. "Lifetime" does not mean your lifetime, and it is not a promise that we will keep offering or updating Ironcraft forever. Buying Lifetime does not cancel a yearly or monthly plan you already have. Cancel that plan yourself so you are not billed again.
Family Sharing and restoring purchases
Ironcraft Pro works with Apple's Family Sharing. Apple's rules decide who in your family group can use it. Each family member's data stays on their own devices: sharing Pro never shares anyone's logs. To use Pro on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, or as a family member, open Ironcraft and use Restore Purchases in Settings.
When Pro ends
If your plan ends, Ironcraft deletes and hides nothing. What you made with Pro features becomes read-only: you can still view, export and delete it. Charts go back to showing the last 90 days, and your history and records lists stay complete. Your nearest upcoming event stays active. Supply counts keep updating, but low-supply reminders stop, and Ironcraft tells you once when that happens.
Changes to Pro
We may add, change or remove features in updates. If we change prices or plans, the change applies to new purchases and renewals as Apple's rules allow, never to a period you have already paid for.
4. Health and medical notice
Ironcraft is not medical advice. Everything in Ironcraft is general information to help you keep your own records. That includes exercise cues, routines, calculators, estimates such as one-rep maxes, suggested nutrition targets, meal plans, recipes and food data. None of it is medical, nutritional or other professional advice.
Ironcraft is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition. It is not meant for use in patient care. It has not been reviewed, cleared or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator.
The medication log is a record you keep, nothing more. You type every name, amount, unit and time yourself. Ironcraft:
- does not tell you what to take, how much, how to prepare it, or when;
- has no dose or unit calculators, and suggests no doses, schedules or products;
- does not check doses, interactions or safety, and does not verify anything you enter;
- shows symptoms next to entries by date only, which says nothing about cause and effect.
Exports from the medication log are your own self-reported records. They are not prescriptions, medical records or dosing recommendations.
Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before you start, change or stop any medicine, supplement or other product, and before you start a new training or nutrition program. This matters most if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. Use only products that are prescribed or approved for you.
Reminders can fail. A reminder can be late or missing, for example when notifications are off, a Focus or Low Power Mode is on, your device is off or out of storage, the time zone changes, or you have not opened Ironcraft for a while (iOS limits how many reminders an app can schedule ahead). Do not rely on Ironcraft as your only reminder for medicine, or for anything else where a missed or late reminder could harm you.
Training carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for your technique, the weights you choose, using spotters and safety equipment, and stopping when something hurts or feels wrong. Plate and warm-up calculators do arithmetic only, so check the numbers before you load a bar.
Food data can be wrong. Built-in values are averages. Open Food Facts data is added by its community. Check the label, especially if you have an allergy or a medical diet.
In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Ironcraft cannot contact emergency services.
You are responsible for your health decisions and for what you enter into Ironcraft.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Ironcraft only for your own personal, lawful purposes. Do not:
- enter another person's health information without their permission;
- use Ironcraft to plan, promote or help anyone obtain or use a product that is unlawful for them to have or use, or to sell or distribute any product;
- interfere with the app, its purchase checks, or Open Food Facts (for example, by sending automated requests through the app);
- use Ironcraft in a way that breaks the law or these terms.
You are responsible for anything you share from Ironcraft, such as share cards or exports.
6. Your data
Your data belongs to you. Ironcraft keeps it on your devices and we do not receive it. The Privacy Policy explains how it is stored. Because we have no copy, we cannot recover data you delete, data on a lost or reset device, or a backup file whose passphrase you have forgotten. Keep iCloud Keychain turned on, and export encrypted backup files from time to time (see Support).
7. Other services
Ironcraft works with services that other companies run, including Apple's App Store, Apple Health, iCloud and Family Sharing, and Open Food Facts. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, their content or how they handle your information. Food data from Open Food Facts is available under the Open Database License.
8. Our rights
Ironcraft, its design, its exercise, food and recipe content, and the Ironcraft name belong to us or to our licensors. These terms give you no rights to them beyond your license to use the app. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ironcraft is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that Ironcraft will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every reminder will be delivered on time, or that data will never be lost. Some states do not allow some of these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or personal injury, arising from or related to your use of Ironcraft, even if we were told such damages were possible;
- our total liability for all claims related to Ironcraft is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Ironcraft in the 12 months before the claim and US $50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where the law forbids that limit.
11. Ending these terms
You can stop using Ironcraft at any time by deleting it. Cancel any subscription through Apple as described above. We may end your license if you seriously break these terms. When these terms end, sections 4 and 6 to 13 still apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the US state where you live, and by applicable US federal law. Before you start a legal claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the problem informally within 30 days. You may bring a claim in the state or federal courts that serve the county where you live, or in small-claims court where you live. Consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived still apply.
If you live outside the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of your country's consumer laws that cannot be waived.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Ironcraft after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. Changes never apply to a dispute that arose before them.
14. Apple
- These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for Ironcraft and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Ironcraft.
- If Ironcraft fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, that you paid for Ironcraft. To the fullest extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Ironcraft.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about Ironcraft. That includes product liability claims, claims that Ironcraft fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws (including laws about HealthKit), and claims that Ironcraft or your use of it infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, or designated by the US government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use Ironcraft, such as your wireless data service agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15. General
These terms, the Standard EULA and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Ironcraft. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Ironcraft, and if we do, the Privacy Policy still protects your information.
